DAVE'S FILMS - BABY JUICE EXPRESS

SYNOPSIS

Baby Juice Express is an outrageous comedy heist movie with a difference - because the only thing being hijacked is a tube of criminal sperm!

Fast and spunky, the film is directed by Mike Hurst (New Blood) from a script co-written with lead actor Nick Moran (The Musketeer, Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels), Baby Juice Express features some of the hottest comedy talents in the UK - including Nick Moran, Phil Davis (Face, Still Crazy),Steve Speirs (The Musketeer, Vacuums) and Samantha Janus (Up'n'Under, Breeders).

Desmond Burnett is a young man whose aspirations are in direct contrast to his origins. A privately educated, middle-class boy who yearns for the glamour and glory of the criminal underworld - a slight problem as he lives far from the action in the sleepy, seedy seaside town of Bognor Regis. His naivety is endearing, annoying and exploitable.

Frank O'Reilly is Des's mentor - a desperate, middle aged, man-on-the-make. The only person taken in by his faux bravado and tall tales is Des. With Des at his side he can always rely on a scapegoat and meal ticket. But Des cannot see just how self-obsessed, self-deluding and self-indulgent Frank really is...

Lauren Buckman is Des's smart, sassy, educated girlfriend. She is both in love with him and horribly aware of his limitations! At the end of her tether, she is about to offer him an ultimatum: choose her and a more conventional life, or choose Frank and the end of their relationship…!

By a series of mishaps, Des and Frank have acquired £20,000 pounds in cash, which belongs to Mr Baxter - rumoured to be "the hardest man in Bognor"! Unfortunately, Frank has been seduced by a buxom female gold-digger, and lost the lot… When Mr Baxter's biggest heavy knocks on Des's door demanding payment, Frank and Des have no choice but to find the money by hook or by crook - in this case, a big bad crook called Krakowski.

Krakowski is currently languishing in a prison cell for the rest of his natural life. He's not getting any younger, and he desperately needs to produce an heir to inherit his millions - no small feat through the iron bars and three-inch plated glass of a high security prison.

The solution? The Baby Juice Express… A tube of the ageing criminal's sperm is regularly smuggled out of prison and transported via a complex chain of emissaries to his mistress Trixie - along with a turkey baster to apply it!

It is this insalubrious gravy train that is Des and Frank's last hope of finding the cash that can save their necks - but when they set out to hijack the "Baby-Juice Express", the sperm really hits the fan!

BABY JUICE EXPRESS has also been co-produced with Spice Factory UK.
